This week, we had our very first guest on the Ope! Podcast, fellow Shout It Out Design team member, Rachel Lewis! Rachel has been a part of the SIOD team since 2016 as an Account Manager and Creator for our clients. We had Rachel join us for this episode since this week is all about blogging!

- Use your on-site search history to see what your customers are searching for and create more content around those topics
- What questions do you hear over and over again from your customers? Create long-tail keyword titles from those questions and then create an engaging blog post to go with it.
