Dayton Acoustics, Inc. (DAI) has been a reliable name in commercial construction for the Miami Valley since 1983. With the city they serve continuing to move toward a future filled with digital communication, DAI saw the need to have a digital space where they can show off their work, share their story, and connect with their clients.
With the new website and a new location, DAI also wanted the ability to let their email list know about the exciting updates. Through collaborating with our content team, we were able to send out a one-time email campaign to their list, creating several new conversations for the DAI sales team.

By showing the faces and sharing the story of how DAI has grown with Dayton since 1983, we share the commitment and determination of today’s team to continue the legacy of hard work, consistent dedication, and a family mentality.
A Campaign with a Purpose
Dayton Acoustics, Inc. knew their goals with sending out their email campaign to their customers:
- Share the news about the new website
- Let customers know about their office location change
- Inform customers of the President’s new email address
- Start new conversations with customers
The Shout it Out Design content team focused on those four goals and crafted content and designed an email in MailChimp to meet them. Paired with a clean email list, an eye-catching subject line, and an optimized sending time, we were confident in this email’s ability to convey DAI’s messaging and start new conversations with customers.
