I may not have four radio shows, but I did create a website for someone who does. Ron Bennington (yes, the Ron Bennington) and Fez Whatley of Sirius/XM Satellite radio fame needed a website to share news stories, interviews and interactions with their very engaging audience.
I had tried several times to get in contact with someone from the show to help them create a better web presence. I was finally able to get in touch with one of the friends of the show. We talked on the phone about the project and we were immediately on the same page about how to put together the perfect website.
Sections for Ron Bennington Interviews, Better Headlines, Filtered Excellence, The 5, and The Right Way all have their own theme & feel and are items that can be discussed on their daily show, or have their own existence just on the web.
After many, many emails back and forth – we arrived at the final product at theInterrobang.com. I absolutely love how this site turned out. I think it’s going to be something that will be heavily used and well loved. The kind of content on the site can’t be found in any one spot around the internet and the listeners/fans will love the things that the people behind the Interrobang have in store for the future.
John,
I heard Ron say on the show this week that other developers were contacting him about trying to get in on your site and making changes, how they could make it better. I can’t stand stuff like that. As a web developer myself, I just want to say to you that you did a great job with theinterrobang.com. I love the site. I love the look and feel, and the content is second to none. Very good job my man. Keep up the good work
Thank your sir. I heard Ron mention that as well and I can’t say that I’m surprised that he gets emails from other web developers, etc. The ones I’ve met in passing are bums as well – which is why I’m doing as well as I could possibly imagine.
I appreciate your words on the site – it was an absolute pleasure being able to work with them to design it. I can’t take credit for the content, of course. It’s amazing to hear them talk about something every day on the show that I worked my ass off on!
