We’ve all been there in a meeting with a sales person, waiting till the end to hear that the price is WAY out of your budget. The benefit to dealing with a company like Shout It Out Design is that I have the flexibility to bend my prices to conform to any budget.

That said, these prices are just a starting point, you can pick and choose what features you need – and which ones you don’t, until we find a price that fits into your budget.

Website Design & Hosting

All packages include the following: Google Analytics account, Free Sitemap Page, Submission to all Major Search Engines, Complete Customer Satisfaction and a One-time Cost for the initial Web Site Design.

Prices vary based on the # of pages, level of static/dynamic content, etc.

I offer Small Business (5 Page), Premium (10 Page), Elite (20 Page) & Unlimited (30+ Page) design packages to fit any size business or organization.

Something that sets Shout It Out Design apart from the competition is that our relationship doesn’t end when your site is complete, it is just getting started. A well designed website is only part of a great internet marketing campaign. It needs to be updated, refreshed and content needs to be added periodically to boost your “Google ranking.”

The monthly maintenance package takes care of all that. It not only pays for the hosting, domain fees, bandwidth (traffic) and storage but I will take care of all these tasks:

  • A pre-arranged amount of hours spent on my part updating content based on the amount of pages on your site
  • Regular secure backups of your site and data/information
  • In-depth analytics
  • Optional monthly or bi-monthly face-to-face marketing meetings
  • One-time site submission to Google, Bing & Yahoo

Search Engine Visibility (Search Engine Optimization or SEO)

Starting at $100/month with a Design & Hosting Package

When I create your website, it will be Search Engine Friendly, and over time – your web site will slowly climb up the ‘Google Chart.’ The problem is – everyone else is trying to do the same thing and in most cases, doing more than just waiting. We will work with your website every month to make sure the people you want to reach with your website are having the opportunity to see it.

Direct E-Mail Marketing by SageList

Starting at $50/month with a Design & Hosting Package

There are so many variances on how you want to operate your Direct E-Mail Marketing project, it’s hard to quote an actual price. A majority of the cost relies on the amount of people in your database as well as whether I am writing the articles that you send out, or I am just assisting in you sending the articles out (setting up the database, monitoring new members, etc)

E-Commerce Store Packages

Starting at $40/month with a Design & Hosting Package (Not including up front design costs)

Based on how many products you plan on selling & the scope of who you are looking to sell to – the price of your E-Commerce Store could vary. This will require us to sit down and discuss the many exciting options and how to optimize your sales with your new store.

Social Media Integration & Education

Starting at $25/month with a Design & Hosting Package

Similar to E-Mail marketing, the cost depends on how much I do for you. I would much prefer (and so would your budget) to work with your marketing team (or you, if you are a one-man marketing team like I am for my business), teaching you how to interact with your customers and help you build your profile on social media networks. If I am sending out the tweets for you, it won’t sound as authentic and organic as if it came from your team or your keyboard.

Print Advertising/Print Media

Varies by Project – Starting at $50/hr

The cost of your Print Advertising is dependent on the size and magnitude of your project. My rate for designing your project starts at $50/hr. I can also work with you on the printing of the completed design as well. I work with Holmes Printing in Springfield, OH. They have worked with my family for years – and I trust them with anything I need to have printed and you will be pleased with the results (and cost) as well.

Photo & Video Production

Varies by Project – Starting at $75/hr

The cost of your Photo & Video Production is dependent on the size and magnitude of your project. My rate for start-to-finish production is $75/hr with a minimum of 4 hrs. If your project is out of my realm, I know of some great people in the area that would make a great fit for your business.
